August 8th Market Overview
August 8th Market Overview (no fluff)

Happy Friday (happy weekend)
Wild week wrapping up here. Markets just shrugged off Trump's fresh tariffs like nothing and the Nasdaq hit another record. Apple kinda played this perfectly with that $600 billion investment announcement, basically buying their way out of those 100% chip tariffs.
I gotta say, I'm kinda impressed how unfazed everyone seems right now. Either we're all getting numb to this tariff stuff or people just don't think it's gonna stick. Honestly not sure which one it is and personally am just following the volume and price action like always.
Let's dig in...

Big investors are buying this “unlisted” stock
When the founder who sold his last company to Zillow for $120M starts a new venture, people notice. That’s why the same VCs who backed Uber, Venmo, and eBay also invested in Pacaso.
Disrupting the real estate industry once again, Pacaso’s streamlined platform offers co-ownership of premier properties, revamping the $1.3T vacation home market.

Now, after 41% YoY gross profit growth last year alone, they recently reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.
